Best way to get unique potential
This may be a silly question, but what is the best or most efficient means of upgrading a piece of equipment to unique potential? I know their are unique potential scrolls/scroll services but they all seem expensive. Where do you even get epic/unique pot scrolls? Is it just easier to use cubes? If so which type of cubes are the best value? Is it generally cheaper to just buy all of your gear with good potential, with bad unique potential and cube until you get something useful, or to cube yourself? Any information is greatly appreciated.

what's the best way to go about buying unique pot service? How can I be sure I can trust them with my equips?
It is not cheaper to cube to unique. Do the attendance, or buy service at like 300mil, cheapest way by far as long as the item is tradeable.
