The only way to get the female gender hairstyles is from April Fool's Day Coupons so you gotta wait untill next year. There are various male hairstyles that you can use to make it look more like a female and of course you will need to get a face that both genders has. Usually the faces has different eyebrow shapes between the genders but it shouldn't matter that much, it can be covered by NX or hairstyle.

Fairy King Oberon Hair is a Hairstyle that you can get from Royal Hairstyle or from a coupon that people got from Marvel/Gachapon.
I used one Royal Face Coupon (it had many good options) and I was hoping to get Odd Eyes but got Marble instead, which is funny though. And thanks to Maplehood Watch I got the mysterious Face so I am glad I completed the look like I wanted.
