Need Windia Bowmaster for Arrow Platter
I am in need of a bowmaster in Windia to steal arrow platter from as I am in need of it for my phantom as Guardioso is very frustrating because of that heal. Can anyone meet my Phantom in Leafre so I can steal arrow platter off of you? Thank you.

Just go to Hene or RA. There's usually at least one BM there
