Kinesis Reservation
I was wondering about where to go to get Kinesis reserved as the information on the patch notes said what you would receive from the package you get for reserving Kinesis, but nothing about where to go to do this. Any one know where to go?

You cant get the reservation in a new account at reboot server?
@minagiavenir: It's on the star icon. Should be there.
I didn't get it for a while. Might be due to the server instability. I mean, the quest suddenly appeared after like 10 minutes randomly.
I never got that notification.
