I wanna make a Reverse weapon for someone...

Since I can't scroll it because it will become untradeable... [b]Are you able to use AEE and Potential scrolls[/b], both untradeable and 100% ones, [b]with the Legendary Skill?[/b] (The one you get from Eurek the Alchemist)
