Defense Break skill question
I'm having a brain fart... what exactly does Defense Break do?
"Defense Break
Grants a chance to ignore all enemy DEF. Applies to Boss Monsters as well. Passive Skill."
Is it when I attack a monster I have a chance to ignore all of its defense
OR
If a monster hits me I have a chance to ignore it?
Sorry if it's a stupid question, but again, having a brain fart

Your attacks have a chance to completely ignore your targets defense.
For normal mobs that could be anywhere between 5-20% damage increase, and for bosses 20-40%. [i](I think Pink Bean might have 60% defense[/i])
