Question about logging a ticket
When I go to log a ticket, I get this pop up
On the homepage I hover mouse over Support > click Customer Support > then click Contact Us and then this window pops up :

[b]Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?"[/b]
What does this mean? Is there a way to fix it or what? Is it not safe to log a ticket?

EDIT: I don't care about the response time. I just want to know why I'm getting this pop up.

So the "Information" isn't like... my account info or anything? (Not what I was going to put anyways)

Yea.. when I hover mouse over Support > click Customer Support > then click Contact Us and then a window flash's of a Nexon Log in, and then screen goes white and that thing pops up
EDIT: I just wanna ask them if I can get compensation for loosing 5 days on my Mushie shop from the hellban >.<
