getting Decent HB
I thought getting Decent HB could only be gotten in 3rd tier items (71+) but I saw a stirge pants with Decent HB
so I'd like some more info on aquiring Decent HB (and what common items can get em)

You should now that you must wear the pants everytime you want to use HB.
iruvata boosters can be gotten from that once a day quest from the robot in nlc but the item received is random
It can work 2lined or 3 lined just need to use alot of cubes
intresting, any other way to get Iruvata boosters besides Gachapon? (thinking of makering an android top/bottom for my bucc and get Decent HB for my bottom)
also, does it have to be 3lined for it to work or will 2 lined work aswell
Any pants +lv70 with potential status can get Decent Hyper Body Skill. Just need to spend alot of cubes.
