Quadruple throw vs triple throw speed
i know the revamp hasn't come yet, but does anyone have knowledge whether quadruple throw is faster than triple at all?
i sure hope it is not slower -_-

Delays round up to the nearest 30 ms. Assuming your numbers are right (because I can't be bothered to check), QT will be 600 ms as well.

Lucky 7 and TT can be used 100 times in a minute so I'd assume QT can be used 100 times too.
