Where should a level 70 evan train?
I know jesters are good, but I don't have much of a chance of getting a good spot.

Oh this is really useful. :O
You could go to Omega Sector's Plateons in the map above the Green Mesoranger (they mob great, level 69, 9500 HP, 285 EXP). That is where I trained until level 75 (boring, I know), but alternatively, you can try Ariant and go fight those Cactus (babies, mama, papa, all weak to Fire) and go to Sand Rats in Magatia at around 75. However, keep in mind, those guys are level 77, and Evans missing = VERY costly, so be cautious on when you want to get there. However, it does account for relatively fast training, albeit boring
There are spiders in Edelstein's mines which are level 72. They can work as well.
