@CherryTigers: They could add it to the story line, like in the begining hes the pirate that cannot swim (he dies when in water) then they add a mission where he must fight fishman or something then he can use a special bubble thingie (the one they used to surround the ship and go under the sea) DDDD

You get a cannoneer monkey to follow you around everywhere so when you are in water he can pull you around.

Problem: What happens when Luffy goes to Aqua Road or The Nautilus where there's an ocean?

[b]Sailor mars[/b] from sailor moon (Fire Poison) Got perm red sailor suit. Hair and face also correct, need to dye it black

just what I had in mind , add to that a gear third punch would make a great 1 hit KO attack , Gear second would make a great buff like the supersaiyan buff pirates have, mobility would look freeakin awesome since he can teleport fast :OOOOOOOO

There was some kid on Basil that has his avatar look almost exactly like Naruto.

That would be a bit silly to me. I wouldn't object to having anime characters make NPC/ally appearances for certain events, though. (Hermoninny, for example... although it's not quite the best example, provided that it wasn't originally intended to be based on Hermione; but you get my point.)
