Every time I try to open MS it just gets stuck on the Hack Shield thing can anyone help?

omgsh. this is happening to me right now
i dunno what to do.
Hack sheild jjust stops or pauses for like a long time
even if i restart, use the website or game launcher..nothing works

ohh thius happnes to me sometimes, 1. restart pc if that dosnt work try game luncher idk it happnes to me like once a day and i restart and it works fine
