Glitched while being DoTd

What i mean by this is that whenever im being set on fire by chaos queen or getting misted by vellum, I can't telecast, nor can I even use teleport. Is this just me? or are other people having this problem as well. If it means anything, my teleport is on "ctrl", flame haze is on "shift", mist eruption is on "c" and paralyze is on "x"
