A simple google search will give you Nexon's number. Its posted on the BBB and on PC. Its very easy to find. However, they have ZERO customer support on their hotline. The machine will hang up on you. Trust me, I've tried.

Anyway, give the game about 2 days and the next 60k should appear. There's a charge cap, but it doesn't prevent you from spending. It just doesn't credit you everything until the purchase can be confirmed. Since he disputed with the bank and such, the process will be very choppy now and you'll probably ultimately get screwed out of your money.

Okay its either im really stupid or just confused.

Check her TRANSACTION HISTORY, and see if she GOT the NX and if she SPENT the nx. If she got it and spent it, you're screwed. Otherwise, you have a shot at submitting a ticket/ calling them saying there was a mistake of some sort.

Interesting. You got your NX already though so its a confirmed payment. Is your sister a Golden Snail member, I think that gives you a higher cash limit. Not sure since I haven't been active.

On the main page go under "My Maple" and click "my purchases", that will not only show you the nx that was put in to the account but will also show you every single thing she bought in the cash shop and how much nx it costed. That should be an easy way to tell if she's lying.

It's not nexon's number your looking for but for the other company they hired to deal with credit card transaction's. Forgot the name sorry.

check if 150$ was SPENT in NX recently. if it was chances are she did spend the NX. otherwise try to look for nexon's customer service's phone #

There IS a nx cap at 60k for charges. 120k could have been overcharge that the system didn't catch?

I did that this morning When i made her log into the website with her account, we found that the transaction was $150 in value since the day before.

check her transaction history via the website. She probably did load more than 60$. There is most likely no way to get the money back if the transaction is already made.

You can check if she is lying, have her log into her account on the website. Go to the Cash Shop tab, and there should be something that says transactions or purchases.
