Okay, we're missing Alliance, Union, and Justice is (after the 6-months-behind-GMS-pattern) scheduelled to be here in Winter. NexonEU also just posted a picture of a Kaiser sword on their FB page.....
It just doesn't make sence...
Alliance is a small/minor patch and can be brought along other of the big patches that we are missing.
Anyways I wouldnt expect them to bring Union and Justice in one patch since both are extremely big, so i highly doubt we get Justice on December due to that we dont have Union yet.
my guess is late december/january since we haven't gotten alliance yet, but there's a small chance that they put alliance and jutice together and get all the updates in december

Well MSEA combined alliance and all union parts into one big patch, we could get that and Justice in one patch.
Optionally it could happen like Cygnus knights, were unlike other version, we got them before pirates and 4th job. The patch order doesnt necessarily need to be followed.

Most chances are that we get it on next patch, which seems to be dated to 5th december for now(events end that date). Especially taking into consideration that Nexon has recently posted a phantom pic along with some text on their facebook and they have also added info about the class on website.
Anyways we will have to wait for more information, but everything is pointing to that next patch is going to be Justice.
