Sounds like a bottomfeeder to me.
Yes, I've heard several evidence that he's a hacker. I haven't seen proof, although he is suspicious merchant who gives terrible prices when he buys things.
Yeah well that's why you don't buy/sell nx to random people, you have yourself to blame.
