6% Int tempest ring

i just got back on maple so i had some old equipment like a 6% INT tempest ring. I took advantage of the shop given to us by nexon as a gift and pu t up my ring for 25m. I knew it was worth like 70-100m before so i assumed price had dropped since it was so old. Some guy bought it after i left to go to my soccer game and i came back and he left a comment saying it was worth 200m. Is this actually true or is this an exaggeration? Because if so, then i will feel like sht>_>
