Crew event, New character or new account?
Basically, for the new crew event, to be a crew MEMBER does the character need to be in an account made after 12/04 or does only the character need to be made after 12/04?

It's a new character on any account, to be a crew leader you need to have had a level 100 prior to 12/4
You said the same thing twice but yes after 12/04.
@ the guy above me that isn't entirely right. He sort of mixed it up but 100+ character on your account BEFORE RED.
A new member must be after RED 12/04 +
you need to have a character lvl 100+ in order to participate, so it have to be a new char made in your account
A new account made.
