Attack Speed
So as a Shade I have a skill that gives +1 weapon speed, and I also have the green MPE pot. I just got legendary inner ability so if I were to go for the +1 attack speed ability, will it cap me? Will it affect my attack speed with all three of those things?

Well I don't have it yet, my only good line is 20% boss which I will lock.

Save up honor then lock it, THEN recirculate once locked.
Don't recirculate. +1 AS is amazing.
