Minus CD Helm
Because of one of the many NW nerfs, I find myself needing a -3s cd helm. Is that only a legendary pot? How many cubes (approx) will I need? Hundreds?

Because of one of the many NW nerfs, I find myself needing a -3s cd helm. Is that only a legendary pot? How many cubes (approx) will I need? Hundreds?

@liquidjade Thanks. I expect it to take a while, but in reboot its just mesos, so I will eventually get it.
Yes, I think it is a legendary pot.
I've gotten it on my Archer CRA hat once with only one cube.
I went from unique to legendary and I got the CD potential. I just can't re-call if its 2s or 3s CD. But good luck you might get it as a line but the other two lines prob won't be good. GL.
