"Damage +1% every 2 levels"

This appears to be the same as "total damage." As you might know, boss damage = multiplier * (100+total damage + boss)/100. This effectively dilutes %boss, and makes %atk and %matk better than in other servers. It also means, the difference between 0% boss and 40% boss is not very much on bosses.

I may have to rethink my hyper stats.

Here was my experiment:
I'm lvl 190.
I had 126713 damage unbuffed (I know, I'm weak) with 24% hyper damage.
I stat reset, and dropped to 113988 (I didn't have any luk added). So the 24% hyper added 11.2% damage.

NW have +20% damage from throwing mastery. So this means I have 115% total damage w/o the 24%, giving a base range of 53017. Adding the 115 and 24 gives 139%. Add that to the base, gives me 126712, which means rounding happened somewhere.

If you don't need the damage % and boss damage % in Hyper Stats, there's minimum critical damage which could help if your critical hit rate is pretty good but if you're still lacking in it, get critical rate first then some in minimum crit %.
