Click the icon bulb. The quest is called "a somewhat decent proposal."
Well maybe you should really pay attention to the dialogue that comes up from now on.

did you try typing olive in world map, i think they show npc names?

My friend who is level 200 did it and i checked the book and it just says to talk to olive, but it doesn't say where...
@mrspike188: Then you must be too high because when I did the storyline, I got all the quests and completed the storyline as I went from 1-100 and the storyline ended when I hit 100. Did you check your explorer book to see if you had to go to a certain place to talk to her?
