about von leon

Well earlier today, some friends and I did the lhc quests and got the medal from it. Im wondering if those were the von Leon prequests or if thpse quests are apart from the VL prequests. We tried entering and started wondering if maybe we gotta do thosr collect quests or if we r talking to the wrong person.
