This is awkward. I already innocence'd and put used a Protection scroll it. Guess I wont touch it for a while then
It should just be a bug that will hopefully get fixed at some point in the near future. I, too, wanted to rescroll my Badge and Shouler.

Sad day for me. I just innocenced my meister shoulder..
I saw on a thread that someone said those don't work on badges and shoulders, not sure if true or not.
