Maple Bingo
Do you have to be in a major town to be teleported to the bingo map.
Can I go there from the mini-game station?
I haven't participated in bingo yet because i've never been on time / I'm in a weird map
Do invites only go out at x:10? once every hour? I'd have to wait 10 hours minimum daily for full entry?

Did you start the quest through Kemdi NPC?
Don't bother with bingo it's a colossal waste of time. They should have just brought back the bingo from RED instead.
You don't have to be in a major town. I was fighting Mutant Pigs when I got an invite. The invite doesn't work in the event hall but I'm not sure about the mini game station.
