Because everyone is killing them for the same quest he's doing -_-
And HT prequests which require a Manon's Cry, but nothing from Griffey.
OT: It's every 6 hours I think.
They spawn when their parents have a happy time
someone said every 6 hours when i was doing my nl quest but idk... he said to wait until 5 am and kill manon... o.o
