18% luk tier up boots pc?

I got these legendary lvl 100 thief tier up boots. 9% all stat/9% luk /hp/recovery 30%. If anyone could give me a pc for MYBCKN that would be great.

Meh I have exactly same shoe with same stats.
Hard to put an exact price on it since people's demand for this shoe differs greatly depending on their current gear and priorities.
I would probably sell it anywhere between 500mil-1.5bil
oh even for 100% tier up boots O_o?
It can't be maxed mesos... certainly over 1 bil, but not that easy to sell level 100 items.
That's like almost max mesos or something!
I'd buy it with my maxer mesos.
