Multiplayer endgame
I played MapleStory many years ago, and I found it fun because of the social aspect. However, when I search up MapleStory videos now, it's all just people soloing bosses which sounds super boring. Is there still any endgame content that you have to do with other players? Also, does the merchanting aspect still exist, and are people still nice to each other in-game?

hmmm... My 157 Pally is decently funded. I have like a 80k range after Blast buff. And It still takes me 20+ minutes to solo Czak. I hope this Level scaling damage isnt gonna completely ruin the purpose of this server.. @garretshot
@charles0012: no i was doing this after like 3 days (just leveling up)i had crap gear too, its not like you can solo in 30 seconds like you can in gms, takes a few minutes, also zakum is different in KMS

Hmm, a tad dissapointed in that. But when you say HT and Czak are soloable? Is that to common people or like the top few? Also this is months after when a lot of people already have bossed equips cubed and all right? @garrettshot
@garrettshot so how much does your Aran hit on Hilla and CHT?
And how exactly does it scale, that's strange.

I play an aran in reboot in KMS and actually zak and HT and Czak and Ht and Hilla are all easily soloable, your damage in reboot scales to your level and its all still pretty easy.
Harder bosses will definitely be party play though, i havent gotten that far in KMS tho.
There's no way there will be people soloing most of the bosses. Even Czak will probably need a few people. I don't think Zakum will, I mean, I using clean random unfunded equips I can solo Zakum on 90% of my characters above level 100.
Play and find out for yourself. I think the game is still good whether solo or group
@appall but the bosses that force partying are still solo-able and people just get fillers to get in, no?
I might try reboot, but I really enjoy merchanting...
you can play the game both solo and not solo for most things and with rude or nice people, only you can decide what to do

I stand corrected. I've abondoned my cannoneer and made a few classes to about 160. and one to 173
I have yet to party once. But i guess with the level cap being 250 now theres a lot of content i havnt played yet.
But 1-160 without having to party thats still a little dissapointing...
No party play? I am rarely ever not in a party when I'm online. Between training at sdh, and daily bossing which you can't queue by yourself, it forces partying! also considering r&j one of the best exp in the game, that's not soloable either.
I just came back too, But I'm current enough to say, there is no party play at all anymore.
Reboot server will kind of force you to party though. With stronger bosses and weaker equips. I see a 5 person zak being a normal thing again.
