Attack delays and maximizing Dps

So I know you can find the general skill delays over here: http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=65899&title=[GMS][Adventurer]%20Thief

But I have some questions, if anyone can answer them. Are those numbers at Fast (5) or Normal (6)?

Also, just curious, do you guys use steal instead of phase dash in between your boomerang stabs to maximize DPS? If you use phase dash, what about the times you can't use phase dash (like you don't want to move the monsters in a PQ, or you don't want to rush to the ledge of a platform like in link 3 in evo lab), do you use steal then or just wait out the delay of boomerang stab?

the thing is, according to the skill tables, you'll only lose about 0.18 seconds each time you use steal in between a boomerang step, since the rest of the time is during bstep's delay. that means that if on average, steal does about 15% of bstep's damage, it'll increase your dps (which it obviously does more than). though i understand what you're saying about how the extra damage doesnt make a difference sometimes, it should be worth it even for the slightest difference. interestingly enough, if you get both of the hyper skills (extra damage and extra hit), steal ends up making NO difference at all, and would probably end up lowering your damage due to human timing factors

I always wait out the delay but I do use Steal in between BSteps if BStep alone can't kill off the mobs in a number of hits and/or if they have just a little bit of HP left in them.
On Crockies, it takes 3 BSteps alone to kill them and even if I did use Steal in between, I'll still end up with using 3 BSteps so I just wait out the delay.
On Reindeer it's different, it takes 4 BSteps alone, but 3 BSteps with Steal in between.
I only use Phase Dash to rush mobs against a wall. The hyper Extra Strike passive for BStep makes up for waiting for the delay.

Those numbers are the skills's base delay. You multiply those by (10+speed), then divide by 16 and round to the next multiple of 30.
For example, Bstep is 900ms, at fastest 2 it would be 900*12/16, which is 675, rounded to 690ms.
