Code 50422

While the GMs troubleshoot my issue. I was wondering if anyone has had more experience with this error code? The error code represents an NX Charge Limit. The code itself is not the issue, but rather, the reset date. Two weeks ago my reset date was set to 08/21/2016. I contacted a GM to inquire about what time the reset would be happening. The GM advised that the reset would occur around the same time I last made a purchase. The kicker is when I attempted to make a purchase after it would supposedly reset, the error came up and added another day to my reset counter (08/22/2016).
