So I've got my SW to legendary from miracle time and it has now +14% all stat +13% STR
Do you think it would be possible to trade it for a DEX% one? if so how much dex% should I accept in return? 27%?

If this was something I had I'd just find someone who had similar %dex and forget about the extra meso.

It's possible, but
1. it's really hard to find legendary SW glasses with 2 or 3 lines of dex that hasn't been worn
2. it's really hard to find someone who will want to trade it for STR.
I would just sell your STR one for pure mesos and then go try finding a nice DEX one.
14% all stat + 13% str is probably worth 30-33% dex.
