MapleStory 2 Development Officially Confirmed
According to Nexon Korea, the new version of maplestory is currently in the development stages and is being developed by the founder of Wizet along with a group of developers.

Even if this was just talking about BB, it does bring up an important lesson...
This game will end. Maybe in a year, maybe in 2 years. So no worried about 'merching' to stockpile huge amounts of mesos that will be worthless as people leave MS for MS2 (or whatever else replaces it). No worries about very long term goals, just enjoy playing the game now.

Chaos is just an update.
Big Bang was a [b]HUGE[/b] update/storyline change/formula change/exp change/ua change.
We had "chaos update" in the past already (adventure update: where all adventure got skill changes).

The Big Bang Update was an update for Maplestory, not an entirely new game. This will be the sequel to Maplestory.
