Nexon nerfs 3 monsters, Basilers complain there's no where to train and that everything is too difficult.

They didn't nerf every single monster. They just nerfed certain training areas. The only issue is that 150+ monsters and players have the exp and drop rate nerf applied to them if their levels are too far apart. I believe this also applies to bosses, too, though I'm not completely sure.
Don't be an overdramatic idiot, they just nerfed some monsters of below 4th job, which makes the training hard until after 4th job.
