Tots Know How quotTo Next Levelquot Button Not Working
Ever since yesterday's maintenance, the button no longer works. I've made two characters and so far the button doesn't work at all. I made a F/P Mage and a Bishop. It was working on my F/P Mage before the maintenance. After that it doesn't.

you have to complete the Tot's quests for your level, so yes, you do have to start at the bottom.

It wasn't removed, it was "fixed." Their "fix" glitched tot.
"A fix was applied for an issue that caused an outdated feature to be used in Tot's Know-How."

It's not a bug. They said that they're removing a outdated feature for tots from the recent maintenance. I'm assuming this is what they removed.

did you start the quests from the bottom and not the top?
They probably removed it.
