Save up on coins and yolo. If you really want the scroll, you may have to purchase some extra coins in the CS to keep Annie's challenge going. But who knows, you might get lucky!

You can get a bit, but the issue is that they are only useful on Superior items (Tyrants/Novas) and those will require a PSOK per trade, your best bet is just to ask around, start with asking your friends.
