I still don't quite understand what I do, from what I think I just need to wait and keep doing hmag and gollux till I get entire equips, and wait for miracle?

@newgodiydit: If they're already 70%, it'd be better to divert your efforts elsewhere. 30% and 70% yield roughly the same stats on average, if you get an above average run, that's good for you, but only by a difference of a few base stats. For example, instead of passing 7/7 70% scrolls (which will give +28 stat), you pass 5/7 30% scrolls (which will give 35 stat). The amount of tries you need to get 5/7 successes or better (inc. 6 and 7) is 4.75 (or roughly 5). You will be going through on average 5 equips to get an extra 7 stats, which for tops, the cheapest CRA equip, is 50m + traces. More expensive equips, like pants, will cost over 100m + traces.

Explorer emblems are 3rd tier, so you can go for either; other ones are 2nd tier so def ignore is better. For most bosses, %att is better (especially the lower level ones), but for endgame bosses, you also need a large amount of def ignore. Because its endgame, you shouldn't be worried about it right now.[/i]

boots- just random boots till I get enough coins for the tyrant ones.
[i]Get Nova boots from Normal Magnus drops, enhance those to 4-5 stars (or more if you have spares). They should tide you well until Tyrant.[/i]

For miracle time, you ONLY want tierups. Once an equip turns legendary, stop; you're done. Don't waste cubes on legendary gear during miracle time because it only gives bonus tierup chances.
My overall summary is you know where to go for most things, but you're not doing it the most cost effective way. Also, when cubing, make sure that you cube things you can trade first and things you're using after. The reason is if you're more likely to get a really good stat on a common equip just because there are 4 times more stats which are good. I already had them scrolled with 70 and it's temporary so isn't it better to go with 30 if I can get 5-6 scrolls to work?

To answer your title question. I believe you are going in the right direction. You know what the correct items are, and you know the correct order in which to get them.

well tbh I just let someone from my guild with some adv gollux scroll to scroll it and they all worked.

perfect and cube the cra, and forget the sup belt since your jsut going to replace it, it is a waste focus the effort on 2 superior pendants if that s the route you are going, gloves should be fine tbh, after that i would focus on tyrant boots and mainly cubing your secondary and finishing your weapon, no point in perfecting a gear you are gonmna replace so I would just say bye bye to the superior belt
