biology magnification help

hey guys quick question >,<

lets say i calculated a magnification of my biological drawing to be 4088x

would i round it to 4100x? 4090x? or leave it the same

I'm not sure what's going on, but drawing scale should use exact numbers to the one. Maybe drawings before had its magnification chosen beforehand to be a neat number.

If a design drawing is off even by a digit on the magnification, it makes a huge difference.

Why I don't use 1088x? not sure, because most magnification problems i've seen ended in like 1100x, 100x, 20x, etc. etc, and never inbetween a number like 1088x
