Its at the top of the page
Here's mine.
1. Uninstall Avast, AVG, or BitDefender if that's your anti-virus
2. Restart computer
3. Play
Microsoft Security Essentials is a great anti-virus and it's free.

I had the exact same error which went away after terminating a few processes in task manager. Don't touch the system ones though, if you try that.
@Bellocanist: Oh dma
Oh. are you all stuck and wont log in by the HackShield (HS)? It was happened to my Vista but I fixed it. That was how I fix:
1. put old HS into Recycle Bin but I didn't delete it yet.
2. put the new HS into Nexon Folder
3. clicked the gamelauncher (or online website to play) it was error and cant starting the game. So i try it again.
4. put New HS to Desktop and get old HS into Nexon Folder from Recycle Bin
5. Try it again to use gamelauncher (or online website to play) it popped to updating until its complete.
6. After update was complete, it was pop it was not working.
7. put old HS to Recycle Rin and get new HS to Nexon Folder from Desktop
8. started the gamelauncher (or online website to play) and went it smooth and started the game. (worked).
Try this. if you still have old HS, it would be safe and I hope working for you.
I think i only have the current hack shield i liek did that thing on nexon website like soo many times. I have the latest version. If someone can link me to an older version of hack shield that will be appreciated
