Black Crystal and Jr. Rog
I'm low on funds and looking for a way to get black crystals (last thing i need before i can make my reverse black beauty ). My 2 questions were 1. Does Jr. Rog still drop whole crystals and 2. if he does, how often does he spawn? Thanks for your help!

You can still make above average items with the new system. Just be patient, besides black crystal can also gives negative effect.

i think it does drop full black crystals but idk about its spawn times
I do not think ores drop anymore except power, wisdom, DEX, and LUK ores. Just wait for the upcoming patch where you can mine ores.
