Nexon is not sending emails
I am trying to reset a password on an old account. I was able to do this with another email but not this one. Not banned, email isn't blocked, etc... Any ideas, guys/gals?

All the obvious solutions do not work. I sent a ticket but they closed it without giving a reason...
Did you check your spam?
Yeah, I was just waiting to do so because last time I sent a ticket the email came right away.
