If you solely want to farm the best thing to do is to get a character to around 70 and stay around copper drakes.
If you want to farm and train (which is what I'm assuming), then the upper part of the ludi clocktower is probably a good bet. There are a bunch of flat maps with robos.

The best place I would think would be ludi robos. The very side of the map has 4 platforms wtih a good spawn rate.
