^ What he said. Here... I'll copy paste this for you. You can make unlimited FC happen with only 24% IA. Lv 100 Mech card + [ Lv100 Mercedes card (Optional, because I don't have it)] + Empathy trait (lv 50) + dCO shoes (They reduce the CD by 2 seconds and give 1% more damage to FC) = Unlimited with 24% buff duration
This would come out to 24% buff duration inner + 15% buff duration (Mech Card) + 5% buff duration empathy trait.. (44% buff duration total) + -3.52 seconds of CD reduction (Merc card) + -2 seconds of CD from dCO = 91.92 seconds of FC. And a CD of 88 Seconds -(3.5 additional seconds if you use Merc Card).

P.s. It should be obvious but if you can't get dCO then you have to use the Mercedes Lv100 card.

it is possible to have unlimited final cut with 24%, as a fellow db basiler has told me.

mercedes character card less cool down + mechanic buff duration
24% epic inner ability
level 50 empathy
decent combat orders

that makes 88 seconds cool down and final cut runs for about 87-89 depending on server lag

Even my mules have at least 32%+ unique inner ability. Just keep recircing because 32% isn't that hard to get. Staying so low is not worth it.

Also, Remember your mercedes character card reduces the cooldown on final cut so that's important to have as well.

SS rank Mech card + level 60 Empathy will be enough for 50% buff duration. You can try for unique/leg buff duration once you have 200k+ honor.

Aim for higher buff duration on inner ability.

If you combine it with a mercedes character card for cooldown reduction you miiight scrape by I dunno.
It's not impossible to get higher buff duration with random resets though, I've gotten 30-35% a few times on unique
