Scrolling Sw weapon before transposition

So I want to transpose my jap katara into a sw one but I'm probably going to wait untill 10 attack scrolls/spell trace success rate increase event to scroll my jap katara. What I wanted to know is if in the meantime I scroll and enhance my sw katara with 70% spell traces and an aee, would it become ineligible for transposing?
I'm talking about the sw katara, not the japanese katara. I wanted to know whether the sw katara has to stay clean before it's transposed and has it's (lack of) stats overwritten or whether I can scroll and enhance it temporarily and have the mediocre stats given from the temporary scrolls overwritten by the good ones from the perfected jap katara.
The sw katara can be in whatever stats you wish. When you're transposing, it is treated as if it was clean.
Well it's always eligible to transpose if it's fully scrolled.
You could even fail every scroll and hammer on your katara and transpose it as is if you wanted to.
You will also be able to transpose it if you scroll the katara after you innocence it later.
