question about the time traveler medal
I dont have the quest in my quest log, but can I still get the quest in some way?
I heard the PQ is still there for lvl 120+, so could I get in the 4th stage or something?

I'm not saying I havent done any quests at all, just that I didnt do 4th stage so I donthave the "Is it a deam?" or something quest.
