How to get Shinsoo mount

Hi there,
I have a dumb noob question.... Is it possible to get a Shinsoo Mount for a Marksman?

Just curious. Sorry for bothering you guys with this.

Edit: You could get one from the FM if you could afford it or gamble on gachapon
