Yes I'm in but there's a tonne of people here and I am not expecting to talk to a GM. It's like this every week and I've been trying to appeal for over a month. Nexon seriously needs to have more GMs in this department, or they need to open more slots for this appeal service because at the moment, they're probably getting through 20-30 people every week when in fact they need to get through around 100+ per session. I'll give it 1 more week, otherwise I'm done with this game.
