Tots Know How- A possible fix?
Ever since the whole Megaphone Spam exploit, Tots has been glitched. After reaching 45, I could only do the newer ones. All of the quests before the Guild related one were broken to where I couldn't press clear. I decided to make a new character and found that if I did the quests he gave me as he gave them to me, I could actually finish them all rather than if I waited until 45 to start doing them like I usually do. I'm not sure if anyone else has done this method to finish it, but it seems to be working for me.
Not sure about the free equipment.
