I had this too, but I recubed and now I have 10%str 2%all stat. Getting a high %stat is actually easiest on eye accessory out of all equips because they only have a few different possible stats. Masks will become later too, because of scrolls that might get released, but still 3lined unique is 3lined unique.

7 slots is better, but Spec Gogs are lv 70, vs the Mask which is lv 35 i think, so the potential would be better on spec gogs
so i guess it all depends if you want potent or scroll it
