Monsters do not drop the arcglaive. They're also extremely pricy, so if you really think you can't afford a PSB, don't even consider an arcglaive.
I highly suggest you get to level 120 and Dragon Rider PQ for a Machlear. I was completely unfunded as well, and getting to level 120 really was not very difficult (compared to my other characters) since Arans are rather overpowered. Not to mention, you can continue DrPQing for scales, turn them in 10 at a time for tablets to scroll the weapon. I don't know how active PQs are in Scania but I'm guessing you won't have too hard a time doing so compared to some (lol hardly anyone PQs in Zenith).
Also, while you attempt to get a Machlear through DrPQ by opening the reward box, there is also a chance that you can get other warrior equips as well so that you won't have to be stuck with those cruddy equips.
Which monster drops arcglaive cause i need something high level.I'm stuck with the maple polearm but i want a better one.I even have noob equip.I still have the green sweater equip that you get in the begining.
Go on ur evan and do the Monster Park thing till u get a zenbug(pretty sure i mis-spelt the word). Or just buy/find any polearm from from stores or search it from the Warrior/Weapons/Polearms section and clikc around pole arms till u see one u like and can find from monsters u can kill, and wont kill ur self for not finding it fast.

Machlear, PSB and the Fast(5) lv 70 and 80 Maple Polearms are decent choices. The lv 77 Maple PA is also an option provided you can find one, as that reaches speed cap on Arans as well.

If you're not in EMS, then any normal speed weapon will be Fast, so PSB will not be as useful. The attack is still fine on it, and it's kind of cheap.
If you don't have that kind of money to get a 40m PSB, get a Maple Polearm, probably the 77 since it's normal and has decent attack.
If you do have some more money, get an Arcglaive. You don't need a Fast 5 weapon to hit speed cap.

Best bet is Purple Surf Board. 99 attack fastest weapon in the game.
Cost around 50m, so it's offordable
