P/C Epic Pot Blue Dragon Shield
Just wondering if this thing is actually worth anything or not, got it as a drop and I feel like it might possibly be worth selling rather than just dropping or NPC'ing.

Side Note: I remember back in the day when Shield ATT scrolls were so damn expensive because everyone would use them on their Pan Lids. xD
